Hey, i’m Chris!
I’m the lead photographer and owner of The Space Between Studio. I started photography for the same reason that so many do…I had a child and suddenly I saw the days, the changes, life itself, flashing before my very eyes. Silently begging for them to slow down, I learned the value of a moment. I had the desperate yearn every mother has to keep her babies small forever. My heart couldn't bear the burden of forgotten details….the plump hands so tiny in my own, the sweetest wisp of a curl…so I sought out to capture every one of them. The people you see in that slideshow below are my everything, the beginning and end of it all. They are my home. The photos I capture of our life are my love letters to them, a new letter for each beautiful and chaotic season we share. Each image a reminder of how special they are. It’s an honor to be able to provide others with these same love letters for their own family and not a task I take lightly. I believe in the heart behind this business i’ve built and I promise to always do my best for you, just like I do for my own.
