I am so drawn to a classic and minimal style of newborn photography.

I feel so passionately about capturing your families photographs in this way that I’ve made it my signature style. The simplicity of the neutral tones and lack of a cluttered backdrop create such timeless images that allow your baby and all of that big love you share to be the focus of your photos.

I like to say that I offer a hybrid newborn photography experience, its a little posed but still remains authentic and flexible. My heart lies in baby led posing, this mean I never force a baby into a pose for the sake of a photo. The reason I began photography was to capture my own children, as they were, honestly….naturally. I want to document your newest addition in the same way, true to life. I lightly pose the baby and then watch to see what they instinctively do….the way they curl up just as they were in mamas belly, maybe your little one already loves their hands near their face? Or maybe you’ve noticed how much they love to stretch those legs out, exploring all of their new found space since birth. That is how I intend to capture them, documenting those little nuances that make your baby so unique. Moving back to the Southern Pines and Pinehurst area is our next big adventure as a military family. Though its terribly exciting, it’s hard work and even a bit daunting to restart my business in a new area. I cherish my clients dearly and I never take for granted the trust that is placed in me when i’m chosen as a photographer. I’m so eager to move back to the special place that stole our hearts.
